Tim Allen is an American actor and comedian.
Biography[]
Born Timothy Dick in Denver, Colorado, he began working as a comedian in 1975 and made a number of screen appearances as himself before portraying Tim Taylor in Home Improvement. He would soon go on to success in two film series, as Scott Calvin in The Santa Clause and voicing Buzz Lightyear in Toy Story.
Allen would also have a number of standalone comedy hits with Wild Hogs and Galaxy Quest (as an egocentric actor playing the Captain of a fictional spaceship). He also directed and starred in Crazy on the Outside.
Singing[]
Allen made his sole singing appearance singing "Do You Want to Know a Secret" and "I've Got You Babe" in his starring role in Home Improvement.
