Sarah Jessica Parker is an American actress.
Biography[]
Born in Nelsonville, Ohio, as a child she was cast in the play The Innocents and appeared in several musicals before appearing on television in Square Pegs and the films Footloose, Flight of the Navigator and Ed Wood.
Parker's most famous role came as Carrie Bradshaw in Sex and the City, a part she would play in a number of seasons and two films. She also had a recurring role in Glee, provided a voice for Escape From Planet Earth as well as both producing and starring in Divorce.
Singing[]
Parker began her career in musical theatre as a child actress and appeared as the lead in Annie before appearing as an adult in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying and Once Upon a Mattress.
Onscreen she sang "Sarah's Song" in Hocus Pocus and several numbers in her role as Isabelle in Glee.
