Rosalie Crutchley was an English actress.
Biography[]
Born in London, Crutchley studied at the Royal Academy of Music, making her stage debut at the age of twelve and film debut in 1947's Take My Life. She played numerous classical roles on stage, including Shakespeare's Juliet, Hermione and Goneril.
On film, Crutchley was often cast in costume dramas, twice playing both Catherine Parr and Madame LaFarge (of Dickens' A Tale of Two Cities).
She passed away in 1997.

Crutchley had one singing role, as The Housekeeper in Man of La Mancha, performing the comic trio song "I'm Only Thinking of Him".
