Ramon Tikaram is a Singapore born British actor.

Biography[]

Born in Singapore, he studied at the National Youth Theatre and made his film debut as a pirate in the action-adventure Cutthroat Island. He went on to have recurring roles in This Life (as Ferdy), Dream Time, My Spy Family and EastEnders as well as guesting in such series as The Mighty Boosh, Stella and Casualty.

Tikaram made film appearances in Dean Spanley, Endgame and Vampire Academy as well as working as a voiceover artist, appearing in Thunderbirds Are Go and video games including James Bond 007: Blood Stone, Hitman and Fable III.

Singing[]

As well as releasing two singles and the album Chill and Kiss, Tikaram also originated the role of Vikram in Bombay Dreams and appeared as King Mongkhut in a touring production of The King and I.
