Miranda is an English actress and comedian.
Biography[]
Born Miranda Dyke in Torquay, Devon, she was a stand-up performer who appeared in a number of sitcoms and sketch shows on television, including Not Going Out, Hyperdrive and Smack the Pony before receiving her own, semi-autobiographical series, Miranda in 2009.
Hart also made small appearances in films such as Magicians and Spy, as well as the television film Gangsta Granny.
Singing[]
Due to the auto-biographical stream of consciousness nature of the show, Hart often sang sections of songs in Miranda including "Beauty and the Beast" and "My Heart Will Go On." In 2017 she made her West End debut as Miss Hannigan in Annie.
