Max Casella is an American actor.
Biography[]
Born Maximillian Deitch in Washington D.C., Casella made his screen debut on the series The Equalizer and would go on to appear in a number of television series, including Doogie Howser, M.D., The Sopranos and Boardwalk Empire.
Casella also made appearances in such films as Ed Wood, The Notorious Betty Page and Revolutionary Road. He performed voice roles on a number of occasions, including the sassy sidekick Daxter in the Jak and Daxter series.
Singing[]
Casella sang a number of times, primarily on stage, notably originating the role of Timon in The Lion King on Broadway and playing Marcellus Washburn in The Music Man.
He also played Racetrack Higgins in Newsies and voiced Tip in The Little Mermaid 2: Return to the Sea, both of which required him to sing.
