Kevin McNally is an English actor.
Biography[]
Born in Bristol, McNally worked at Birmingham Rep and was awarded a scholarship at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts. A popular character actor in both films and television, McNally notably appeared in all the Pirates of the Caribbean films as Joshamee Gibbs and made a celebrated stage appearance as Claudius opposite Jude Law in Hamlet.
An occasional voice actor, McNally has also written several episodes for television programmes Minder and Boon.
Singing[]
McNally has sang in several productions, often in recitative form, such as Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest and The Phantom of the Opera. However he also sang "Rocket Man" in A Bit of Fry and Laurie and two songs in the Cole Porter film De-Lovely.
