Kathryn Beaumont is an English actress.
Biography[]
Born in London, England, Beaumont was spotted by a movie talent scout in 1945, causing her to relocate to America with a contract from MGM. It was after making an appearance in On An Island With You that Beaumont was spotted by Walt Disney and cast in her two most famous roles, as Alice in Alice in Wonderland and Wendy Darling in Peter Pan.
She did not continue acting into adulthood, choosing to become a teacher, but would reprise both her Disney roles several years later for theme-park attractions and videogames.
