Jason Weaver is an American singer and actor.
Biography[]
Born in Chicago, Illinois, Weaver began acting from the age of eleven, appearing in five episodes of Brewster Place before a notable role as a young Michael Jackson in the mini-series The Jacksons: An American Dream.
As an adult actor, Weaver continued to appear in both films (including the Coen Brothers' remake of The Ladykillers) and television shows, appearing as a major character in Smart Guy, as well as working as a recording artist and songwriter, collaborating on the hit single One Call Away.

Weaver first displayed his musical talents as the singing voice of Young Simba in The Lion King, notably performing "I Just Can't Wait to Be King." In his career as a solo artist, he released several albums and singles, including Love Ambition and Stay With Me.
