Greg Ellis is an English actor.

Biography

Born Jonny Rees in Wigan, Lancashire, he began his acting career with minor television roles before playing the recurring character of Theodore Groves in the Pirates of the Caribbean series and Chief Engineer Olsen in Star Trek. On television he appeared in Touch and Days of Our Lives.

Ellis worked as a voice actor for many years, appearing in both the film and television adaptations of The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Batman: The Brave and the Bold and the character Tin in numerous Tom and Jerry cartoons. He played the title character in two of the Ty the Tasmanian Tiger.

Singing

Ellis performed in the original cast of Miss Saigon and played several roles in Starlight Express. He also sang several times whilst playing the vulture Mzingo in The Lion Guard
