Graham Norton is an Irish comedian and presenter.
Biography[]
Born in Clondalkin, Dublin, he attended the Central School of Speech and Drama and became a stand-up comedian, often performing an act as Mother Teresa. He later became recognized after a number of appearances on the radio, as the presenter of series such as Bring Me the Head of Light Entertainment and Carnal Knowledge and as Father Noel Furlong in Father Ted.
Norton later gained his own eponymous programme, The Graham Norton Show, hosted both the talent search show How Do You Solve a Problem Like Maria? and its various follow ups, appeared numerous times on radio and presented the Eurovision Song Contest on several occasions.

Norton sang briefly during his role in Father Ted and performed the duet "Islands in the Stream" with Dolly Parton. However he most notably made his musical debut as Albin/Zaza in the stage musical La Cage Aux Folles.
