George Raistrick was an English actor.

Biography[]

Born in Lincolnshire, England, Raistrick was an actor who worked many times on both stage and experience, working with the RSC early in his career on such shows as Antony and Cleopatra and Peter Pan.

Raistrick made his screen debut on an episode of Doctor Who and appeared in a number of television shows, including recurring roles in Common as Muck and The Tomorrow People.

He passed away in 1995.

Singing[]

Raistrick sang in a number of stage shows, appearing in the ensemble of the original production of Canterbury Tales and playing both the young Prince Albert and a number of supporting roles in I and Albert.

Raistrick also appeared as Claude in the London production of The Baker's Wife and played Herr Schultz in the filmed production of Cabaret.
