George Harris is a British actor.
Biography[]
Born in Grenada, West Indies, he played appeared as a recurring character in several television programmes such as Wolcott, Casualty and 55 Degrees North. He also played Kingsley Shacklebolt in the Harry Potter series, Captain Katanga in Raiders of the Lost Ark and Layer Cake.
Singing[]
Harris was the first actor to play the role of Caiaphas in Jesus Christ Superstar's West End production and Frank in Flowers for Algernon. He also originated the role of Winston in Cricket.
