Carolyn Jones was an American actress.
Biography[]
Born in Amarillo, Texas, she enrolled at the Pasadena Playhouse and made her first film, The Turning Point, in 1952. She summarily appeared in Dragnet, House of Wax and Shield for Murder as well as the films Invasion of the Body Snatchers, The Man Who Knew Too Much and Academy Award nominated turn in The Bachelor Party.
Jones famously portrayed Morticia Addams on The Addams Family, as well as Marsha, Queen of Diamonds in Batman and Myrna Clegg in Capitol.
Jones passed away in 1983.
