Burt Reynolds was an American actor.
Biography[]
Born Burton Reynolds Jr. in Lansing, Michigan, Reynolds made his theatrical debut in the play Outward Bound in 1956 before appearing in Look, We've Come Through and Mister Roberts on Broadway. He then began to appear on television and in the spaghetti western Navajo Joe before a breakout performance in Deliverance and Boogie Nights, for he which he received an Academy Award nomination. He also became owner of the Reynolds Celebrity Dinner Theatre, which became a profitable chain of restaraunts.
Reynolds would appear in such films as Smokey and the Bandit and Cannonball Run, as well as working as director of The End and Sharky's Machine among other films. He also guest-starred in King of the Hill and Robot Chicken amongst other series and voiced Avery Carrington in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
Reynolds passed away i 2018.

Reynolds sang in a number of films, notably in the musicals At Long Last Love (where he played Michael) and The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas (where he played Sheriff Dodd). He also sang in the voice role of Charlie Barkin in All Dogs Go to Heaven, and released an album entitled Ask Me What I Am.
