Bill Farmer is an American actor.
Biography[]
Born in Pratt, Kansas, he worked in radio and television before auditioning for the role of Goofy and succeeding Pinto Colvig in a number of roles for Disney. He also played such characters as Foghorn Leghorn, Sylvester the Cat and Yosemite Sam.
Other than Disney characters, Farmer appeared in such films as Horton Hears a Who!, television series Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law and Robot Chicken as well as video game series such as Destroy All Humans and Dead Rising as well as Tales of Symphonia and Sam & Max Hit the Road.
Singing[]
Farmer sang frequently in his role as Goofy, notably in A Goofy Movie with the duets "On the Open Road" and "Nobody Else But You." He also sang in the Christmas specials including Mickey's Magical Christmas: Snowed in at the House of Mouse.
