Adam Godley is an English actor.
Biography[]
Born in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, Godley began acting at the age of nine in the radio production My Old Man and made his stage debut aged 11. In 1984 he became recognised for his leading role in Moonfleet and appeared in such films as Love Actually and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
However Godley was best known for his stage work, three times receiving a nomination for an Olivier Award, appearing in productions as varied as The Pillowman, Private Lives, Cleo, Camping, Emanuelle and Dick, playing Kenneth Williams.

Godley has two musical credits to his name, playing Clifford Bradshaw in Sam Mendes' production of Cabaret and earning a Tony Award nomination for Anything Goes, where he played Sir Evelyn Oakleigh.
